United Way of the National Capital Area (UWNCA) helps children and families by reducing disparities and increasing equity, recognizing that consistent practice builds mastery. To foster this, United Way NCA launched "Practice Equity 365" on Instagram, a daily campaign sharing facts, stories, and events on inequities in education, health, and economic opportunity, encouraging followers to give, advocate, and volunteer.
The mark's incomplete "equity" symbolizes that despite progress, achieving full equity is an ongoing, collective effort that remains unfinished.
